三色泡菜

白蘿蔔一條,紅蘿蔔一條,小黃瓜三條,粗鹽二大匙,白醋 75cc,檸檬汁 15cc,冰糖 80g 。酸梅三顆及甘草三片。
材枓切粗條用鹽醃二小時以上。以冷開水洗過濾乾。
拌入其餘材料,醃漬四小時或隔夜。
