韓式涼拌粉條

綠豆涼粉 300g ,烤牛肉片 50g ,綠豆芽 100g,甜椒四分之一個,小黃瓜一小條,蔥屑及海苔絲少許,芝麻適量。
調味料:醬油一大匙,醋一大匙,水一大匙,糖一小匙。

將綠豆粉、牛肉、甜椒及小黃瓜切細條,綠豆芽川燙過冷水。
拌入所以材料及調味料即可。
